Hello! My name is Marc Rouleau and I am a photographer. Am I a professional? No. Do I work professionally? Yes.  It all started a few years ago when I received my first SLR camera for Christmas. It was a thing of beauty! It became a new hobby of mine which developed into a passion. 

      Other than taking pictures of my four children, I focused a lot on nature. It's wild how you see the world in a totally different way behind the lense of a camera. You can walk by a tree for years without actually noticing its true beauty. What's even more wild is that at any given moment, in every corner of the world, there's an opportunity for a very beautiful picture. Pictures that tell stories. Pictures that portray the true beauty of our planet. Pictures only a selected few will ever get to see. That's my goal: to capture these moments and share them with the world.

    I try to travel. Throughout the years, I've made many trips to Algonquin Park to capture its beauty during all seasons. With all the trees, lakes and wildlife, it's a great escape from the fast-paced life we live.

      New York city is another favourite destination of mine. I fell in love with the city on my first visit in 2006. From Central Park to the city skyline, there is always something interesting to capture. And if you're lucky, you might even catch up with some celebrities!

      In December 2007, I decided to take it to the next level by starting this little business of mine. It gets more serious now when you have clients and having to fulfill their needs. I've had the opportunity to meet many interesting people and had a lot of fun working with them.
